InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You control your schedule, travel locally, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. The role offers the opportunity to work with clients of all ages, with competitive pay and easy onboarding.

InstaSwim provides clients and supports you through a straightforward process, including a background check and immediate payments via PayPal or other methods.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
