InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, while we provide clients and ensure quick payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

As part of InstaSwim, you will travel locally, create tailored lesson plans, and monitor progress. The team supports you with safety-focused instruction and competitive pay for your expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old with US work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans and ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexible hours.
• Travel to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create customized lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student progress and adapt lessons as needed.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
