InstaSwim is seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and can be paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with flexibility to choose clients and improve your earnings.

InstaSwim provides clients and coverage while you focus on delivering high-quality instruction. This role offers the freedom to travel locally, ensure student safety, and build personalized lesson plans

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexible timing.
• Travel to clients' pool locations.
• Create customized lesson plans for each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
