InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with the option to choose which clients to work with.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Positive, professional attitude for all ages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to clients' pool locations.
• Create customized lesson plans for each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to needs.
• Provide a fun, tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
