Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, earning competitive pay.

InstaSwim covers liability insurance and offers fast payments—often within 24 hours after each lesson. You’ll travel locally, create personalized lesson plans, and help learners of all ages gain confidence in the water.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Reliable transportation and access to swim instruction equipment if needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
