Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Expect to travel locally, enjoy flexible hours, and be insured under our general liability policy. We offer opportunities to work with clients in your area, with quick onboarding and the potential to begin teaching within 24–48 hours after interview.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to client pool locations safely.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each learner.
• Assess skills and adapt lessons to needs.
• Provide a fun, tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
