Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply the clients; you bring expertise, safety, and personalized lesson plans tailored to all ages and skill levels. Travel locally and maintain a fun, safety-focused learning environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and US-based with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create customized lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Travel to and from client pool locations.
• Ensure safety of students and provide a fun, tracked learning experience.
