Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach at clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and travel locally, with payment processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to clients' locations.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
