Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule, work locally, and get paid quickly after each lesson through PayPal or other methods.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, and be based in the US with work authorization. Travel to client locations is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
