Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. Instructors set their own schedule and get paid quickly after each lesson, with opportunities to choose clients and locations.

Requirements include 2+ years of swim instruction, being 18+, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Reliable transportation.
Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
Background check required.

Responsibilities

Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
Ensure safety of the student at all times.
