Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and travel locally, with payments issued within 24 hours via PayPal or other methods.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain it, and be US-based with work authorization. Comprehensive insurance is provided.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student’s & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
