Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is hiring private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set the schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Travel locally and enjoy flexible client matches with our support team handling onboarding and insurance coverage. Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes or pools.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude when working with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
