Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools, across your area. Set your own schedule and travel locally, with payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Qualified applicants will have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain it, and be legally eligible to work in the US. You'll create personalized lesson plans and ensure safety at all times.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Background check cleared.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
