Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You control your schedule, choose clients, and can be paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We provide general liability coverage, client matches in your area, and a quick start—often within 24–48 hours after onboarding. Training and safety are emphasized to ensure quality instruction.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor student’s progress and adapt lessons to meet student’s & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
