Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is actively seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set the schedule and we supply the clients, with payment typically issued within 24 hours after each lesson.

InstaSwim is a national mobile swim-lesson company offering personalized, effective instruction for all ages and skill levels, backed by a supportive team and fast onboarding to start within 24–48 hours after interview.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
