Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in our clients' private homes and community pools, all within your location and surrounding cities. We supply the clients, you set the schedule, with the ability to choose which clients to work with and to get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Expect flexible scheduling, local travel, and fast payments. Compensation ranges from $40 to $70 per hour per lesson.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to client pool locations.
• Create customized lesson plans for each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to student and client needs.
• Ensure a fun and safe learning experience for all students.
