Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with; payments are issued quickly after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of instruction, age 18+, CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, reliable transportation, and US work authorization. Compensation ranges from $40 to $70 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old and US-based with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility and manage bookings.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pools.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to student needs.
• Provide a fun, safe and engaging learning experience.
