Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You provide the instruction and set your own schedule, while we supply clients and handle payments.

Earn $40–$70 per hour, with payments within 24 hours after each lesson. Requires 2+ years of experience, CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based work authorization.
• Willingness to use swim instruction equipment as needed.
• Professional, positive attitude when working with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Must clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
