Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools within your area. You set your schedule and choose clients, with payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR and First Aid certifications, have reliable transportation, and be based in the US with work authorization. Background checks are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to client pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills and progress, adapting lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
