Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools within your area. You set the schedule, choose which clients to work with, and you can get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

This role involves conducting private and small group lessons, traveling locally to lessons, and creating tailored lesson plans. You must have 2+ years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid, US work authorization, reliable transportation, and a patient,

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
