Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

You decide which clients to work with, with instruction typically at $40–$70 per hour. Requirements include 2+ years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, comprehensive learning experience.
