InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. Enjoy the freedom to choose clients and work with families across the US.

Requirements include 2+ years of teaching, 18+, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transport, US work authorization, and a professional attitude. Competitive pay ranges from $40–$70 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
