Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across Browns Summit, NC. Instructors will enjoy the flexibility to set their own schedules and be compensated promptly, earning between $40 to $70 per hour.

Successful candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, be at least 18 years old, and possess CPR/First Aid certifications. Join us to inspire swimmers while benefiting from our dedicated support network!

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Confidence in creating lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to client pool locations safely.
• Create custom lesson plans.
• Assess and monitor students' progress.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
