Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes or community pools within your area. You set the schedule and earn $40-$70 per hour, with payments processed within 24 hours.

We provide clients; you bring expertise, safety, and tailored lesson plans. Applicants must be 18+, have at least 2 years of experience, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization. Training and support available as you start teaching quickly.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
