Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the area. You set your own schedule and earn $40–$70 per hour, with payment within 24 hours.

We cover liability with company insurance and handle client matching based on location and availability. Requirements include 2+ years of instruction, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, reliable transportation, US work authorization, and a background check.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
