Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in clients' private homes and community pools. You will enjoy a flexible schedule, the opportunity to select your clients, and competitive pay ranging from $40 to $70 per hour.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience and be CPR certified. Enjoy fast payment within 24 hours after each lesson and a supportive environment while earning some of the highest wages in the industry!

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
