Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools nationwide. You set the schedule and we supply the clients, with payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

We offer flexible local work, liability coverage, and quick onboarding. Requirements include 2+ years of instruction, CPR/First Aid, US work authorization, and reliable transportation. Earn $40-$70 per hour per lesson.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons as needed.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
