Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule, travel locally, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. Earn $40-$70 per hour and choose which clients to work with.

Responsibilities include private and small group lessons, tailored lesson plans, safety, and delivering a positive learning experience. Must have 2+ years of experience, CPR/First Aid, reliable transport, and US work

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
