Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools nationwide. You set your schedule, travel locally, and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include 2+ years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), 18+, reliable transportation, and US work authorization. Pay ranges from $40 to $70 per hour, with clients chosen and quick onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability.
• Assess student’s progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, complete, and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
