Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes or community pools in your area. You set your schedule, choose clients, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Compensation ranges from $40 to $70 per hour with quick onboarding. Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, 18+, CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, complete, and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
