Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and choose whom to work with, earning $40-$70 per hour after each lesson.

We supply clients and handle payments within 24 hours. Applicants should have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, have CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Positive attitude with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
