Job summary

InstaSwim is looking for professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools. You set your own schedule, travel locally, and choose which clients to work with, while earning competitive pay.

We supply the clients and onboarding, with payments within 24 hours after each lesson. Requirements: at least 2 years of experience, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization; background checks are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
