Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients’ homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule and choose which clients to work with, getting paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We provide clients and support, and instructors travel locally, with eligible backgrounds checked and general liability coverage included.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and US-based with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to client pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
