Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule, choose clients, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Travel locally and enjoy fast payout while maintaining safety and high-quality instruction. Requirements include 2+ years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transport, US residency, and ability to design personalized lesson

Qualifications

At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Reliable transportation.
Based in the US and have US work authorization.
Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
