Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 10 years of portfolio management or related experience.
• SMS Framework certification preferred and progression through SMS competencies.
• Experience in preparing sales tools, supporting training efforts, and aligning across departments.
• Proven track record leading large strategic projects and delivering measurable outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage large projects or processes with strategic importance to the company.
• Develop and execute digital strategies based on client needs and market insights.
• Oversee the digital solutions portfolio and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with client service managers to support sales and upsell opportunities with digital content.
• Develop digital service catalogs and marketing materials tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate internal communications to align portfolio growth with delivery.
• Drive external visibility and brand projection of digital solutions.
• Build and manage client relationships focused on their digital project portfolio.
• Develop training resources and internal governance for portfolio growth.
• Create communications content with marketing and technical teams.
• Lead or co-lead demos, brown bags, and roadshows to promote offerings.
