Qualifications

• 5+ years in fine dining, luxury hotels, or VIP service.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Wine knowledge preferred; Sommelier or WSET Level 2+.
• Skilled in craft cocktails and wine service.
• Experience managing events and private households.
• Professional, discreet, and guest-focused.
• Flexible with mornings, evenings, weekends, travel.
• Valid driver's license and passport preferred.
• Food handler's and alcohol service certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver breakfast, lunch, and dinner in residence.
• Oversee formal and informal service at home and events.
• Prepare and serve craft cocktails; maintain bar.
• Provide wine service, pairings, and inventory.
• Lead and mentor a small server team.
• Support private suite hosting on game days.
• Collaborate with private chefs and household staff.
• Travel with family to maintain standards.
