Job summary

Moneygun seeks a Lead Server to model hospitality, lead front-of-house operations, and uphold standards. You will guide service, train staff, and collaborate with bar and kitchen teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of craft and classic cocktails and service.
• Natural leader who guides and develops the team.

Responsibilities

• Execute steps of service at the highest level and guide guests through the menu.
• Take and deliver orders accurately; maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Train new staff and assist with scheduling, event planning, and procedures.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) for up to three shifts per week.
