Harper Associates is seeking a polished Dining Room & Beverage Specialist for a private, high-net-worth family in Birmingham, MI, overseeing service across the family’s residence, a private suite at a professional sports arena, and travel. You will lead a small team and shape a world-class hospitality experience.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in fine dining, craft cocktails, and wine service, with discretion and the ability to anticipate principals’ needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fine dining, luxury hotels, private households, or VIP service.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a service environment.
• Sommelier certification or WSET Level 2+ preferred.
• Skilled in modern mixology and cocktail preparation.
• Experience managing catered events and formal table service.
• Highly professional, discreet, and attentive to principals and guests.
