Qualifications

• MSN degree required for NP role.
• Active Psychiatric NP license required.
• ANNC board certification required.
• Ability to travel within Massachusetts.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong patient assessment skills.
• Patient-centric, ambitious work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with nursing home staff, residents, and families.
• Follow up with patients and assess intervention efficacy.
• Provide education on best practices.
• Round at nursing homes and recommend psychiatric medications/treatments.
• Integrate pharmacological and behavioral interventions, favoring non-pharmacological approaches.
