Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a warm, razor-smart Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to perform consultations in nursing homes. You will receive full administrative support and clinical mentorship in a private practice setting with flexible hours.

This role offers a competitive incentive-based compensation model within a part-time, 1099 contract in Fall River, MA, with opportunities to impact senior care and collaborate with a proactive team.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is required.
• Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license is required.
• ANNC Board Certification is required.
• Ability to travel within Massachusetts.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Strong patient assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with nursing home staff, residents, and families.
• Proactively follow up with patients and assess intervention efficacy.
• Provide education on best practices.
• Round at assigned nursing homes and make psychiatric medication and treatment recommendations.
• Integrate pharmacological and behavioral interventions, prioritizing non-pharmacological approaches where possible.
