Qualifications

• MSN required and active NP license.
• Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License.
• ANNC Board Certification.
• Ability to travel in Massachusetts.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Strong patient assessment skills.
• Prolonged sitting and computer use; lifting/moving patients.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with nursing home staff, residents, and families.
• Proactively follow up with patients and assess intervention efficacy.
• Provide education on best practices.
• Round at assigned nursing homes and make psychiatric treatment recommendations.
• Integrate pharmacological and behavioral interventions, emphasizing non-pharmacological options.

Job Summary

We are seeking warm and razor-smart psychiatric nurse practitioners with entrepreneurial spirits to perform consultations in nursing homes. As psychiatric nurse practitioners, you will be provided full administrative support and clinical mentorship. Responsibilities
