Job summary

Psych Associates LLC in the Springfield area is seeking a skilled, dependable therapist to build a strong caseload within a collaborative group practice, targeting about 30 clinical hours weekly with some evening or Saturday availability.

We provide referrals, furnished office space, scheduling and billing support, and a private‑pay model that emphasizes patient care with a 50% production-based compensation and a supportive, collegial environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
• Current Missouri license or immediate eligibility for Missouri licensure.
• Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
• Ability to maintain organized, timely documentation.
• Willingness to contribute to a collaborative team.
• Comfort working in a private-pay setting.
• Ability to maintain an active caseload.
• Availability for some evening and/or Saturday appointments.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-informed outpatient psychotherapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and review progress regularly.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with physicians, schools, family members, and other professionals.
• Manage risk, safety concerns, and mandated-reporting responsibilities.
• Maintain clear professional and ethical boundaries.
• Participate in practice meetings, consultation, and professional development.
• Help patients remain engaged in treatment and complete care successfully.
• Experience with children/adolescents/families/couples preferred.
