The role emphasizes meaningful clinical work, mentorship of clinicians, and responsibility for quality of care, with opportunities to develop specialty services and lead clinical initiatives. This is a full-time, W-2 position.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree and Missouri licensure or eligibility.
• Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-informed care and patient-centered practice.
• Ability to work independently within a team-based private practice.
• Interest in developing substantial clinical and/or assessment caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy within areas of competence.
• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments when credentialed.
• Develop treatment recommendations and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage clinical risk.
• Coordinate with physicians, schools, families, and other professionals.
• Participate in clinical consultation and professional development.
• Contribute to development of high-quality clinical services.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to clinicians as responsibilities grow.
