You can work remotely or from our Brighton, MA office, and blend in-person and telehealth sessions to fit your lifestyle while building a sustainable, rewarding clinical career in Massachusetts.

We offer a 70% revenue split, admin, credentialing, and tech support, with immediate caseload opportunities for MA clinicians seeking stability and autonomy in private practice.

Competenze

• Active MA clinical license (LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent).
• 15+ clients per week preferred (part-time also welcome).
• Experience in private or group practice settings.
• Specializations in trauma, couples work, anxiety, or depression.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, or Mandarin).

Mansioni

• Provide therapy in private practice setting, remotely or in Brighton office.
• Manage caseload and build long-term client relationships.
