Psych Associates LLC in Springfield, MO is seeking a part-time licensed therapist to provide outpatient psychotherapy during evenings and Saturdays, allowing a school-counselor to expand into private practice while maintaining a school position.

The practice serves children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families with a strong referral stream and furnished office space. compensation is production-based, with office and scheduling support provided.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or closely related field.
• Current Missouri clinical license or eligibility to practice under an approved Missouri supervision arrangement.
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and promptly.
• Interest in developing and maintaining a part-time caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-informed outpatient psychotherapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and review patient progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with families, schools, physicians, and other professionals when clinically appropriate and properly authorized.
• Manage safety concerns and mandated-reporting responsibilities appropriately.
• Maintain professional and ethical boundaries.
• Offer a dependable schedule that includes evenings and/or Saturdays.
