Zusammenfassung

Rotheram Carrington Financial Recruitment is seeking a qualified accountant to join a Private Office supporting high-net-worth individuals and budget holders. The role combines financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial control with a focus on stakeholder engagement and discretion.

You will work with family members, their representatives and advisers to deliver accurate, insightful financial information and strong controls across multiple entities. Hybrid working available.

Qualifikationen

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• 2+ years’ experience in an industry-based finance role after practice.
• Experience preparing management accounts, budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in family office or multi-entity organisation advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and oversee management accounts, statutory reporting, budgets and forecasts.
• Analyse financial performance, challenge assumptions and provide insights.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and translate financial information clearly.
• Collaborate with family members, budget holders and external advisers.
• Monitor cash flow, prepare forecasts and coordinate payments.
• Oversee purchase orders, invoices and financial transactions with controls.
• Support and guide junior finance colleagues, managing workloads.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting systems.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and wider financial initiatives.
