RSM US LLP is seeking skilled professionals to join our Family Office Accounting Team at the Supervisor level. This hands-on role supports private clients and complex ownership structures, with exposure to OCR, AI, and accounting bots.

You will lead client service efforts, manage period-end closes, and coordinate across tax, investment, and legal advisors in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including handling confidential financial information
• Strong analytical, decision-making, organizational, and time-management skills
• Experience supporting private clients and/or high-net-worth individuals
• Strong understanding of U.S. federal and state income tax principles related to entities and trusts
• Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and their advisors, supporting accounting, reporting, tax-related information requests, and other family office needs
• Lead, manage, and coach global team members, including client service representatives, associates, and senior associates
• Support clients' period-end close processes across multiple entities, including journal reviews, reconciliations, intercompany activity, and investment transactions
• Review financial statements, management reports, and investment-related reporting across multiple entities
• Identify opportunities to enhance client service delivery, strengthen relationships, and improve processes
• Promote emerging technologies and automation tools to drive efficiencies in accounting and reporting
• Document repeatable methodologies and templates for reuse across engagements
• Assist with engagement budgeting and resource planning
• Collaborate with tax, investment, legal, and other advisors to deliver integrated family office services
• Participate in business development activities and client meetings for family office opportunities
