Family Office in Chicago seeks an experienced accountant for hands-on work as responsibilities transition from external providers. You will help establish financial controls, accounting procedures, budgeting and cash-flow reporting, and coordinate treasury and bill payments.

Responsibilities include supporting tax compliance and maintaining accounting records for trusts, partnerships and foundations. A Bachelor's in accounting or finance and 5+ years in family office or public accounting is

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hands-on accounting as selected responsibilities transition from external providers to the family office.
• Help establish financial controls, accounting procedures, budgeting and cash-flow reporting.
• Coordinate treasury and bill-payment activities.
• Support tax compliance.
• Maintain accounting and supporting records for trusts, partnerships, foundations.
• Help evaluate, implement and customize an accounting system.
• Document repeatable processes and ensure records are complete, accurate and accessible.

Educación
