In-N-Out Burger in Irvine, CA seeks an Alternative Investment Analyst to support the Family Office across sourcing, diligence and managing commitments in Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Credit, VC and Hedge Fund investments. This full-time, in-office role reports to the Portfolio Manager and involves administrative, research and on-site work.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in investment management or related finance roles, with strong MS Office skills; CFA/CAIA/MBA/CFA/CPA/JD are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; emphasis on finance or accounting is a plus.
• 3–6 years of experience in investment management or related fields.
• Knowledge of capital markets and private market investments helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of a portfolio of private investments and monitor manager performance.
• Support due diligence and periodic reporting to investment committees.
• Prepare investment memoranda and standard/ad hoc reports.
• Participate in travel as needed for on-site visits.
