Job summary

Air Charter Service seeks a Sales Consultant to build luxury client relationships, manage charter bookings end-to-end, and drive revenue. You will develop a high-net-worth client network, present convincingly, and stay on schedule with on-call flight operations support.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own client list through outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits.

• Demonstrate expert understanding of aircraft and the chartering process.
• Present and undertake public speaking with confidence.
• Cover flight operations as part of a defined on-call rotation 24/7.
• Make clear, timely decisions to keep clients happy and flights on schedule.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Build and grow your own client list through outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and team, growing a wide and effective network inside and outside the organization
• Manage charter bookings end to end, from inquiry to completion, as the trusted advisor behind every trip
• Demonstrate expert understanding of aircraft and the chartering process
• Present and undertake public speaking with skill and confidence
• Cover flight operations as part of a defined on-call rotation 24/7
• Make clear, timely decisions that keep clients happy and flights on schedule

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

• Award-winning professional training and one-on-one mentoring
• Supportive balance between independent and team-oriented work
• Training in New York for about 3 months followed by international training based in London, UK for 3 weeks.
• Training and travel expenses are covered by us!
• Paid your base salary during training!

WHAT SETS YOU APART

• Sales experience in a luxury or high-consideration category - luxury real estate, luxury or exotic auto, yachting, private banking/wealth management, or high-end hospitality are strongly preferred!
• A track record of winning, whether in sales, competitive sports, or entrepreneurship
• Comfort with outbound prospecting and rejection
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Active listening and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• The drive to turn relationships into revenue and build long-term client relationships
• Consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals
